Gunung Kawi Sebatu temple isn't a large temple - its located around 40 kilometers from the main city Denpasar or only 20 minutes drive north ofUbud. Gunung Kawi Sebatu is one of Bali's prettiest temples - it is a quiet temple to which surroundings were enclosed by the forest.

This shrine is constructed within a small pool surrounded by wall, giving us an impression that it is floating. The bottom part of the shrine is built by concrete and lime stones while the upper carved part is made of wood with gold leaf color.
